What’s happened?! I’ve become a cartoon character!
I made this picture almost completely using the square, and circle marquee tools, as well as liquifying them. I had to use a pre-made brush for the runes, couldn’t do that with a marquee tool! I’m really proud of it, it took me sooo long to make, and the results are adorable!

Are you a strict Photoshop’er or do you also use Illustrator?? I am no where near as good as you with this, but I always used Illustrator, mainly because I sucked with the photoshop! 😛
